Being an arts manager you have to learn that the business model is always changing and you have to be open to out of the box ideas. The new buzz words in the business is Connectivity, audience design and design thinking. Woolly Mammoth has been pretty successful with revamping their act and growing its reach. I liked the concept that they have a Director of Connectivity one step above just a marketing specialist.
