    Good read! Plus, Campells is a solid example of a company and product that has reinvented itself so many times to meet market trends while STILL maintaining that warm and fuzzy brand loyalty feeling. Grilled cheese and tomato soup anyone?

    Yes! I just got so hungry for grilled cheese and tomato soup.

    I love Conant’s leadership style. His efforts to connect individually with employees is something I value in the work place and exemplifies the kind of leader I would like to be. It’s great to see that it has such a powerfully positive effect.

    I’d be curious to hear about well-known/successful arts leaders that also embody these qualities.
